FAQ
Common questions about this topic.
Where do I find the Rapier?
It is picked up during Chapter 3. The weapon page lists the region and how it fits into the toolkit.
Is the Rapier required?
It is required at least once for the Jackknife trophy, which asks for damage from every weapon and Transmutation without dying.
Should I upgrade the Rapier?
Only one weapon realistically reaches the highest upgrade tiers, because Quintessential materials are extremely limited; spend them on the weapon you actually fight bosses with.
